How do you compare Instagram followers and following?
The safest way is to use your official Instagram export. Instagram gives you files for the accounts that follow you and the accounts you follow. Unfollio reads those files, normalizes the usernames, and compares the lists so you can see who is mutual, who does not follow you back, and who follows you even though you do not follow them.

Why generic list compare websites often get Instagram wrong
Generic diff tools expect clean one-item-per-line lists. Instagram exports are not always that simple. Depending on the export format, usernames may live inside nested JSON fields such as string_list_data, alongside profile URLs and timestamps.
