By creating an account or using Unfollio, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country).

You agree not to:

• Upload data that doesn’t belong to you
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use the service to harass or stalk any person
• Resell the service or its outputs without permission

Unfollio is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. We never connect to Instagram’s API or services on your behalf — we only process the data export Instagram provides to you.

The service is provided “as is.” We do our best to be accurate, but follower data is only as fresh as your most recent upload. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Unfollio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms occasionally. We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
