Can I see who unfollowed me on Instagram without logging in?
Yes. The free checker on this page reads the Instagram export ZIP in your browser. You do not need an Unfollio account or enter your Instagram password.
Can Unfollio show exact unfollowers from one upload?
A first upload can show who does not follow you back right now. Exact unfollowers require a previous upload to compare against, because Instagram does not include a full historical unfollow log in a single export.
Is this safer than password-based unfollower apps?
It avoids the biggest risks: sharing your password, unofficial API scraping, bot activity, and automated account actions. No app can guarantee Instagram outcomes, but export-based analysis does not act on your Instagram account.
What files does Unfollio support?
Upload the original Instagram ZIP. JSON is preferred, and Unfollio also supports follower and following HTML exports for the core audit.
Does my original ZIP get uploaded?
Not in the public checker. The ZIP and usernames stay in this browser tab. If you choose to create an account for saved history, the signed-in audit flow sends derived relationship data but never uploads the original ZIP.
