Can I see who unfollowed me on Instagram without logging in?
Yes. Unfollio uses the Instagram export ZIP you request from Accounts Center. You do not enter your Instagram password, and Unfollio does not log in to Instagram as you.
Can Unfollio show exact unfollowers from one upload?
A first upload can show who does not follow you back right now. Exact unfollowers require a previous upload to compare against, because Instagram does not include a full historical unfollow log in a single export.
Is this safer than password-based unfollower apps?
It avoids the biggest risks: sharing your password, unofficial API scraping, bot activity, and automated account actions. No app can guarantee Instagram outcomes, but export-based analysis does not act on your Instagram account.
What files does Unfollio support?
