What is an Instagram export analyzer?
An Instagram export analyzer reads the data file Instagram gives you when you request your information from Meta Accounts Center. For follower analysis, the important files are usually your followers file and your following file. Unfollio compares those lists to show who follows you, who you follow, who is mutual, and who does not follow you back.

How to use Unfollio as an Instagram export analyzer
The workflow starts in Instagram, not inside a third-party login screen. Need help with the export? Use the step-by-step Instagram data download guide.
- 01Open Instagram or Accounts Center.
- 02Request an export for “Followers and following.”
- 03Choose “All time” and JSON if Instagram offers it.
- 04Wait for the email from Instagram or Meta.
- 05Download the ZIP file. Do not unzip it first.
- 06Upload the ZIP to Unfollio.
- 07Review nonfollowers, mutuals, followers, following, and saved audit changes.
Why this is safer than password-based follower apps
Many Instagram follower apps ask you to log in through a third-party screen or connect your account through unofficial methods. Unfollio avoids that.
